The tables at page 11 (Mid Suffolk SHLAA sites broad land supply estimate by parish) and page 23 (Mid Suffolk SHLAA suitable sites) shows a total of 60 "Estimated Proposed Dwellings Capacity" over 2 potential sites.
Pages 961-962 then gives detail of the scoring for proposed 10 for land west of Hall Lane and pages 963-964 give scoring for the 50 proposed dwellings at Churchway.
The letter that accompanied the circulation of this document to Parish Councils does point out that:-
"The Draft SHLAA identifies potential sites for housing development that have been submitted to BMSDC for consideration. Please note the SHLAA does not allocate sites for development and it has no planning status"
This document has also now been made available: BMSDC Call for Sites 2025 and Draft Five Year Housing Land Supply Position Statements
