The Annual Parish Meeting for Redgrave was held on Thursday 20th April 2023 at 7:30pm in the All Saints Church. It was held together with the Redgrave Community Forum which started at 6pm that evening in the same location.
The Redgrave Community Forum (see Poster) is an event which brings together village-based businesses, clubs and organisations to showcase what they are doing in and for the benefit the village. There were stands around the All Saints Church hosting these various groups and allowing all parishioners to see what they do and can offer. All residents were welcome and encouraged to attend.
The Annual Parish meeting was held immediately after the Redgrave Community Form, starting at 7:30pm. This was an opportunity for parishioners to have a say, or ask any questions, on anything they considered important to the village. In addition, there were 2 guest speakers on the evening. The first was our local Police Community Office, PC Stefan Hendriksen, and the other was the Chief Planning officer of the District Council, Philip Isbell. These are the minutes from the Annual Parish Meeting.
Village organisations traditionally submit annual reports which are presented at the Annual Parish Meeting. These follow:

In 2022 the PC held the APM prior to its meeting on 6th April. Reports from that meeting can be seen here.
